This post is a review of the car and interpreter service from the Facebook page ItimChinamize. 💕

The team was incredibly kind, friendly, and had an excellent service mindset — highly recommended! Our family had several kids with us, and on the second day, my daughter got food poisoning — she had a fever and vomited, and we had to send her back to Thailand before the trip ended. Itim helped us coordinate everything and was genuinely willing to assist in every way possible.

For the rest of the group, we continued our trip and stayed out late every night, but Miss Itim never charged any extra fees. The car was new, clean, and smoke-free. On our last day, Itim even accompanied us all the way inside the airport to make sure we were safely checked in before leaving. 🩷
